  • 檢舉不當的地圖、名稱或訊息

回覆時間

我們會盡快閱讀每一封電郵。涉及帳戶或付款的查詢，請在電郵中寫明你註冊所用的電郵地址，但請不要寄出密碼。

港估 KongGuess is run by an individual. If you have a question, want to report a problem or have a suggestion, email lemon.geo.hk@gmail.com. We usually reply within a few working days.

What to contact us about

  • Game problems, bugs, or wrong Street View data
  • Account problems, such as being unable to log in or not receiving a verification email
  • Asking for a copy of your data, or for your account and its data to be deleted (see the privacy policy)
  • Payments and refunds for Supporter subscriptions (see cancellations and refunds)
  • Reporting an inappropriate map, name or message

Response time

We read every email. For account or payment questions, include the email address you registered with, but never send your password.
